  A classic dive. Evangelo and his daughter are the best. Seldom felt so at home in a new bar. Even got treated to a drink.

  This bar is famous for its owner, who is pictured on its sign (inquire within) and has a very eclectic if slightly tropical atmosphere. There is also a separate basement bar called "The Underground" which has live performances and a more grungy vibe to it. Both bars only take cash so don't expect to get a drink without some in your wallet.

  Cash only! Local dive with a lot of character. Paid the $5 cover for Saturday night and really enjoyed the live band. Be nice to the people who work here and they'll probably be nice to you...they will judge you based off the drink you order! Don't go here if you're feeling pretentious. :)
