  No one talked to or acknowledged me while I waited to be seated for 10 minutes. I already had a long day of driving, and wanted what I consider to be good food at a comfy place and this place didn't prove themselves to be as welcoming and reliable as other Chili's restaurants. 10 mins later I was seated, ordered asap and was missing my fries and the side of avocado slices I wanted with my old timer burger. No apologies given to me, and they're lucky I still gave a 20% tip.

  Well this place instead of been a relaxing dinner, it ended been the most frustrating. We spent from 9:20 to 12:06! Right! Ridiculous! Our food took 40 minutes to arrive and some was forgotten! At the end to get our ticket it took another 30 minutes. All the tickets were messed up. This place can have a lot of potential but needs more attention to detail of customer satisfaction and service.

  Very Bad experience! We walk and are told they need to clean tables when alot of tables were clean. We sat down ordered our drinks and bottomless chips the drinks came but the chips didn't the waiter disappeared no idea where he went. I then told the manager we ordered chips and we still haven't gotten them or even ordered our food. She then went to the back and came back empty handed and no explanation. Just kept doing her own thing so we just got up and left. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
