  Recently visited Annapurna's and got the ginger cookie. HARD AS A ROCK! My partner almost chipped his tooth. On a rare occasion, their baked goods are incredibly spot on, but not often at all. They don't pay attention to the quality and shelf time of their and baked goods. The staff doesn't even check to make sure that it's still edible before selling it to customers.

  Super awesome food, service not so much. The girl that talks your order at the front counter has no personality. It felt like she was doing you a favor. The food is fantastic though.

  We ended up coming here 3 times during our trip because it had so many great vegan options. The food was good, no complaints there. The only thing is they could work on their service a bit. It took a while for the good and we had no idea the chai tea had refills until it was the end of our 3rd visit, chai ordered each time. It's just little things they could work on, hence the 1 star ding.

  Very good food. Would be nice if the girl taking our order would at least pretend to be happy that we were there to enjoy the food. Could've been 5 stars.
